We work with architects, developers and builders to create new, residential plans. From Computer assisted drawings that indicate, electrical, plumbing and lighting placement, to fine architectural details like trim work and finishes. We work collaboratively with the professionals and speak their language to ensure your vision is realized.

Our expertise carries over into the building process. We’ll help coordinate suppliers and trades and be available to answer questions. We’re the last ones to leave before the keys get handed over because we want to ensure that every last detail is just right.

Our goal for the design of corporate offices, medical, retail and hospitality projects has been to provide creative solutions to optimize the spaces with long lasting, low maintenance and well-priced materials. FEASIBILITY

Our Process

This initial phase of the project includes preliminary studies of the site or property. We will find out more about you and your design ambitions for the project along with your timescales & budgets, We’ll work with you to build a detailed brief and identify your design preferences.

concept

We will develop architectural layouts for your property as we begin to investigate finishes, design styles and influences. We’ll create renders and early 3D models describing the volumetric aspects of the design.

development

Throughout the design development stage we get into the detail of the scheme. We’ll refine the internal layouts and specify key finishes and materials for the floors, walls, furniture etc. while we define the lighting concepts and M&E requirements for final sign off.

technical

With the design signed off, we move onto the Technical Design stage where we prepare a co-ordinated, fully-detailed, technical construction pack for the project, including downtakings on refurbs and all the proposed new details for the build.

TENDER

As the detail design stages are complete, the tender process begins. We work with your design team to advise on the best form of contract & appropriate contractors. Together, we’ll issue the tender pack and develop the construction programme.

construction

While the project is on site we will work closely with the contractors and FF&E supply chain to achieve the successful implementation of our design along with the installation and commissioning of all the associated FF&E.
